Collections Specialist

SNI Companies has partnered with a valued client in search of a skilled B2B Collections Specialist. In this role, the Collections Specialist will manage reconciliations for high-profile clients while building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with company clientele. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing client accounts and must demonstrate the ability to effectively conduct collections through both written and verbal communication.

The Collections Specialist opportunity is working 100% onsite.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Execute collection activities by proactively contacting customers to resolve outstanding invoices and reduce delinquency.
• Develop and implement effective operational practices and procedures to improve collection rates and overall performance.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
• Partner with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Consistently meet or exceed established collection goals and targets while ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.

Education/Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of B2B collections experience, with a proven track record of meeting collection goals and a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Results-oriented with some proficiency in Excel and a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position starts at $29.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities, including work experience.
