Location & Compensation- Location:
Englewood, CO - Compensation: $85,000–$110,000
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for customer notifications during servicing transfers, including Goodbye Letters, Hello Letters, and Validation of Debt letters.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements affecting the servicing process and address complex servicing transfers to prevent negative borrower impact.
- Collaborate with counter parties, vendors, and internal partners using strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ensure Cornerstone servicing teams are notified and prepared for unexpected loan scenarios or volumes, escalating potential gaps with management.
- Manage project reporting, identify blockers, and facilitate timely and effective transfers using technology tools and project management techniques.
- Participate in ad‑hoc and routine meetings, as well as internal UAT processes to improve loan boarding systems and tools.
- Lead, train, guide, and mentor junior Servicing Transfer team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in database administration, information technology, database architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of mortgage servicing industry experience, preferably in Loan Boarding/Transfers.
- Exceptional understanding of data formats and data integrity during system migrations.
- Experience managing loan origination boarding and bulk service transfer processes, including NPL and distressed asset servicing transfers.
- Ability to mentor junior team members based on experience and intuition.
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a diverse workload under time‑sensitive deadlines.
- Experience with change‑management duties.
- Exceptional time and organizational management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Access, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio SELECT statements preferred.
- Experience with Black Knight’s MSP Servicing system and Loan Sphere Loan Boarding application preferred.
