Job Purpose:
To provide expert leadership in cost management by overseeing all financial aspects of Subsea Supply Projects. This role ensures accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle, enabling informed decision-making and safeguarding profitability. Acting as the primary point of accountability for cost performance, the position drives compliance with financial standards, optimizes resource allocation, and delivers transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Job Description:
- Set up cost control procedures and project budgets, including tools to track costs.
- Assist Finance Manager on tasks as directed
- Estimate total forecasts, quantities, costs, and provide variance analysis.
- Assist Project Managers in optimizing and improving controlling costs
- Generate monthly internal Project Management Reviews (PMR).
- Prepare and analyze monthly inventory reports
- Assist External Auditor queries in relation to project performance and inventory
You are meant for this job if:
- High school diploma (Professional / Technical diploma preferred)
- Up to 3 years of experience in similar role
- Professional English
- Knowledge of cost control tools and methodologies
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Establish good relationship and cooperation with colleagues in the project team
- Team Oriented
- Ability to work extra hours to meet deadline
- Skills:
ERP Systems Analysis and Problem Solving, Excel, Written and Verbal Communication, English
