- Own the collection, validation, and analysis of OSEC data for the FBM sustainment program finance org.
- Develop and maintain analytical models that support cost forecasting, budgeting, and variance tracking.
- Attend program meetings such as Performance Based Payments (PBP) reviews as the finance delegate and prepare summaries for leadership.
- Lead regular reviews for program finance team evaluating critical metrics and team performance.
- Monitor Vemo allocation data to ensure staffing levels align with program requirements and financial targets.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data flows, reporting cadence, and analytical methodologies.
- Provide proactive recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ad hoc analyses.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Ability to independently analyze and present financial information
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- High analytical ability and degree of accuracy with numerical data
- Ability to effectively communicate and interface with various functional organizations and levels of leadership
- Ability to multi-task in a deadline‑driven environment under minimal supervision
- EVM experience
- Experience with government / DoD contracts
- Experience with Cobra, SAP, Tableau
- Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Desire to shape job scope and create processes and review cycle
- Advanced‑level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- 5+ years of directly related experience
- Currently active Secret clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
