Quality Assurance Specialist
The Quality Assurance Specialist helps evaluate and monitor the quality assurance activities of the Operations Department. Assist with the completion of numerous functions including performing audits on ARM notices, Insurance Ratings, MERS, Taxes, Unapplied funds, Real Estate Payoffs, and State National Flood reviews and reporting. Assist with completing the annual HMDA review by established deadline. Responsible for testing and monitoring processes and procedure auditing.
This includes accuracy of system interfaces, data file reviews, CORE system acceptance of deposit, real estate loan and Fintech accounts. Assist with performance of system, workflow, and process deficiency identification, troubleshooting and resolution. May participate in team projects where new products or system interfaces are updated and require testing or validation.

All levels of credit union and collaborative employees, internal and external auditors, and vendors.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience:
2 years operational and/or lending experience required. General knowledge of consumer and real estate lending with an understanding of Bellco's underwriting guidelines, general knowledge of loan operating systems, HMDA, and strong working knowledge of DNA.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
Skills:
- Must possess strong communication, organizational, presentation, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, flexible and works well within a fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrates strong analytical/problem solving and time-management skills
- Strong PC skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, cView, Consumer and real estate origination and servicing systems
- Must demonstrate good judgment
- Knowledge of Bellco's front-line systems
Ability to interpret data and deductive reasoning skills
