Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $95,000 to $110,000 per year.

• Support financial planning activities by developing forecasts, budgets, and performance projections.
• Prepare executive-level reports that summarize financial results, operational metrics, and business trends.
• Lead revenue and expense forecasting efforts while monitoring overall financial performance.
• Partner with accounting, sales, operations, and purchasing teams to evaluate results and investigate variances.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and financial decision-making.

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, or forecasting functions.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, performance metrics, and reporting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large amounts of financial data.
• Effective communication with stakeholders across multiple business functions and leadership levels.

• Analyze financial and operational trends to provide actionable business insights.
• Strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and reporting deadlines.
• Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop presentations and reporting packages that clearly communicate financial performance.
