Acts as the senior market voice, providing actionable insights to shape product, process, and distribution strategies. Champions a strong performance culture, balancing growth with disciplined risk management while reinforcing the Bank's position as a leading local provider and employer of choice.

- University degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years of financial services leadership experience, including senior roles in retail banking, wealth, or Premier segments
- Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed sales organizations
- Deep expertise in sales management across lending, deposits, and client acquisition strategies
- Strong understanding of credit, risk management, and regulatory requirements, including AML
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. banking market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client segments
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver sustained financial performance
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead change, drive innovation, and influence across matrixed organizations
