Financial Manager
Arrow Electronics seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for our Electronics business within the Finance, Accounting & Administration organization. You will own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting, partnering with operations and sales to drive profitable growth. Responsibilities include consolidating global results, supporting pricing and margin analysis, optimizing working capital, and strengthening internal controls and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning for the Electronics business.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including variance, trend, and margin analysis.
- Develop and deliver management reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
- Partner with sales, operations, and administration to evaluate pricing, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage working capital analysis, including inventory, receivables, and cash flow to support growth.
- Strengthen and monitor internal controls, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and corporate policies.
- Support strategic projects, scenario modeling, and business cases for new initiatives and investments.
- Collaborate with global finance teams to consolidate results and standardize reporting processes.
- Mentor and develop junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Contribute financial insight to cross-functional teams in Arrow's performance-driven, innovative environment.
