Working closely with the CFO and senior leadership, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, build out processes, and make an impact in an entrepreneurial, non-corporate environment.

What You'll Actually Do:- Transaction & Financial Modeling: Evaluate financial models for new investment opportunities, standardizing inputs and assessing key deal mechanics.
- Operational FP&A & Analytics: Perform deep-dive financial analysis on existing assets to drive better decision-making.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, portfolio analytics, and other key financial reporting deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Initiatives: Support ESG/emissions data tracking, property appraisals, tax/audit requests, and board reporting materials.
- Data Innovation: Leverage advanced Excel models and AI tools to translate complex data into actionable leadership insights.
- 3 to 6 years of progressive corporate finance, FP&A, Big 4, commercial real estate, or oil & gas experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Core Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of how three-way financial statements connect and interact.
- Technical Mastery: Exceptional, robust Excel modeling skills. Familiarity with Net Suite and AI platforms is a major plus.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, go-getter attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit, and a great sense of humor for a small team setting.
- Target Compensation: $105K – $120
