• Assist patients and caregivers in obtaining access to the employer's products
• Build positive relationships with patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and sales teams to coordinate patient care
• Solve problems urgently to facilitate therapy access and adherence
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining patient confidentiality
• Navigating the CRM system and managing all aspects of patient cases promptly and professionally

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of Case Management experience in an orphan/rare disease biotech environment
• Proven problem‑solving and solution‑oriented skills in case management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bilingual/Spanish speaking
• Pharmacy Technician certification
• Experience with healthcare professional office management
• Experience working with sales representatives
• Registered Dietitian License preferred but not required
