We seek experienced Host Home Providers willing to open their homes to individuals who can no longer live independently and prefer a home setting over communal living. Providers share their homes and lives, offering a private bedroom, hands-on support, and ongoing care. You can help individuals with medical or behavioral challenges and make a meaningful difference. Support Inc. provides training on how to help these individuals flourish.

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, meals, and dressing
• Provide employment coaching and facilitate social activities
• Include clients in family activities and outings
• Provide transportation and assist with medical appointments and medication administration
• Document progress and medical records
• Train clients in life skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks
• Complete training in Medication Administration, CPR/First Aid, and maintain ongoing training
• At least 1 year of experience as a host home provider
• Preferably experienced with behavioral and medical needs (e.g., CNAs, LPNs, RNs)
