Job  – Pharmacy Fill Technician

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Shift bids are yearly based on performance and seniority

Shift

A. Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM MST

Shift

B. Sunday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM MST and Monday through Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM MST

Training schedule: TBD, typically (3) weeks during assigned shift

• Brings creativity, courage, and compassion to the Pharmacy Fulfillment operation by accurately filling and preparing patient prescriptions in a timely manner, meeting productivity standards of 40-55 prescriptions per hour
  .
• Operates, stocks, and maintains the robotic counting machine and ensures fast-moving medications are consistently well stocked to support efficient workflow.
• Maintains a clean, organized pharmacy environment by following established cleaning schedules, checking for expired medications monthly, and assisting with inventory tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks accurately, handling multiple activities or interruptions, working in a standing environment, and meeting daily deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Works collaboratively with pharmacists, team members, and management while communicating effectively and courteously, maintaining HIPAA confidentiality, and following all company policies, procedures, and professional pharmacy standards.

• Must have Colorado Pharmacy Tech state provisional license in good standing
• Must have National Certification (CPhT, PTCB)
• One year minimum of pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to stand and work on your feet
• No previous or expected commitments for 90 days
