Job Summary and Qualifications
Responsible for coordinating the delivery of clinical patient care. Collaborates with the Director of Respiratory Therapy in planning, organizing and delivery of services. Participates in monitoring the quality of care being provided and takes appropriate measures to assure the provision of high quality care. Financial responsibility to include collaboration in preparation of the budgets and effective utilization of resources. Must have effective verbal and written communication in order to communicate in a clear, concise manner with staff, employees, patients, public and physicians.

Knowledge of respiratory principles and procedures. Implements and coordinates Respiratory Care to patients based on cardiopulmonary assessment. Models the behaviors outlined in the Values and Standards including Constant Courtesy, Patient Satisfaction, Teamwork & Respect, Professionalism and Personal Responsibility with all customers, peers and leadership at all times.
What qualifications you will need:
Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
(NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist
(RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
Vocational School Graduate
