Are you a people person with a knack for creative problem-solving? Well, we've got just the opportunity for you! We're on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator. The TAD Coordinator assists our team in a myriad of fun and diverse ways. This position assists in all things recruiting, retention, and training development. With the support of the rest of the TAD team, they find and attract awesome team members, develop and facilitate training courses to get new hires up to speed, and coordinate fun events to show appreciation to our exceptional employees.

By bringing in fantastic candidates and providing the training necessary for job success, the TAD Assistant is a driving force for the overall growth and success of ATBS.

About the Opportunity
  • Support the recruiting process by effectively managing our applicant tracking system (ATS), screening candidates, and coordinating with our managers to hire the best candidate for the job
  • Passionately share the ATBS employer brand through marketing efforts on Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In
  • Creatively develop and facilitate effective and engaging training for new hires and current employees to improve performance and productivity
  • Lead our Fun Enforcement team by eagerly brainstorming and bringing to life retention strategies such as monthly celebrations, quarterly events, and other relationship-building opportunities
  • Guide and support the TAD team by brainstorming future initiatives and assisting with general administrative duties
  • Assist on our Reception Queue which helps you learn our clients and employees while supporting our goal of providing world class customer service
  • Actively contribute to the growth and success of ATBS
About Your Expertise
  • Progress toward an applicable bachelor’s degree
  • Some experience in HR, recruiting, marketing, or education is preferred
  • Outgoing personality who thrives in a social environment
  • Impeccable organization and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a full understanding of office etiquette
  • Unbridled creativity and the entrepreneurial spirit
  • Social media and Google Suite literate
