HR Generalist / Talent Management, HR Manager

In this vital leadership role, you will help protect and refine our culture by overseeing the full spectrum of our Talent and Training operations, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance.

In this role, you will align our people strategy with our core business objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Drive Talent Strategy: Partner closely with leadership to translate our mission and business strategy into actionable talent initiatives. You will monitor industry trends, evaluate workforce data, and act as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness and performance.
- Lead Talent Management & Development: Design and execute a comprehensive talent framework encompassing performance evaluations, succession planning, and robust training programs (from onboarding to advanced leadership development).
