Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master who drives delivery, not just process
. This role requires a strong Agile foundation, hands-on experience using AI to accelerate work
, and the ability to operate with urgency in fast-moving, imperfect environments. You’ll enable teams to move quickly and flexibly, automate wherever possible, and keep delivery on track even when dependencies and vendor schedules are unreliable.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with a strong focus on outcomes and speed
  .
• Use AI tools to eliminate manual work (e.g., automated release notes, reporting, backlog refinement).
• Identify and implement AI solutions across the team to improve efficiency, quality, and delivery velocity.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on requirements gathering that supports rapid iteration and change.
• Remove impediments and drive resolution with a code-red sense of urgency when needed.
• Balance sprint planning and workflows around fluid or unreliable vendor delivery schedules

• Automate processes to reduce friction and improve delivery predictability.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Data, and external vendors.
• Communicate proactively and decisively with stakeholders to keep delivery moving.

Time Allocation:

• ~60% enabling Scrum execution and delivery
• ~40% stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and dependency management

Qualifications:

• Strong Agile and Scrum Master experience in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to get work done
  , not just experiment with it.
• Experience implementing AI tools across teams or programs
  .
• Proven ability to automate processes and improve delivery workflows.
• Technical project experience in one or more of the following:
• Development or application projects
• Data warehouse initiatives
• AI implementation projects
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead under pressure.
