- Supervise the work of individuals within the Product Management department including Product Managers and Business Analysts, encompassing development plans, performance reviews, progressive discipline, recruitment, and ensuring adherence to company and departmental policies, procedures, and product standards.
- Drive overall team effectiveness by monitoring morale, ensuring cross training and succession planning, validating work quality, managing resource allocation, and participating in prioritization of product initiatives. Own the full product lifecycle from conception through deployment, stable launch, adoption tracking, optimization, and sunset decisions.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps that balance competitive pressure, technical feasibility, customer requests, and strategic objectives. Define and execute the product vision for Residex's AI‑powered platform, including EHR integration, eMAR, workforce management, compliance tracking, and emerging AI capabilities such as Thea (our AI scheduling assistant).
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure cohesive product planning and go‑to‑market execution. Oversee the product ecosystem holistically to ensure unified product value and prevent feature fragmentation across platforms.

- Engage directly with customers, clinical advisors, caregivers, and facility administrators through discovery interviews and validation sessions to ensure product decisions are grounded in actual user needs and operational realities.
- Champion the integration of AI and machine learning capabilities. Establish product metrics and KPIs to analyze usage data from hundreds of facilities and iterate based on user behavior and feedback.
- 15+ years product management experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles at B2B SaaS companies, preferably in healthcare, AI/ML, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record launching and scaling SaaS products from concept to market in regulated industries.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML product development with experience translating complex technical capabilities into user‑friendly features that drive measurable business value.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, data models, and platform scalability.
- Experience working directly with customers in healthcare, senior care, or similar mission‑driven industries. Understanding of clinical workflows, caregiver pain points, and operational challenges in assisted living and memory care settings.
- Track record managing 8-15+ product professionals across PM and BA roles, with experience building and scaling product organizations through M&A integration and organic growth.
- Proven ability to design scalable PM org structures and create clear product ownership models across diverse products at varying maturity levels.
- Experience managing product portfolios across heterogeneous platforms, including feature rationalization, UX debt reduction, and cross‑platform experience unification.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, build consensus, facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, and inspire product teams.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform product decisions, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Understanding HIPAA requirements, CMS regulations, and state‑level requirements affecting assisted living operations. Experience embedding regulatory compliance and security standards in product design.
- Deep customer empathy with bias toward direct customer engagement through discovery interviews, validation sessions, and feedback synthesis.
- Creative product thinker who generates novel solutions beyond incremental improvements, with the ability to balance strategic vision and tactical execution.
- Passion for improving quality of life for seniors and the people who care for them, with a mission‑driven approach to product development.
