Sr. Solutions Consultant - PLM

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Implementation Specialists work with a variety of leading-edge firms to implement PLM technology that streamlines processes and delivers measurable business impact. In this role you support customer engagements from the initial discovery phase through requirements gathering, configuration, training, issue resolution, upgrades, support handoff, and overall project management. You act as a trusted advisor to the customer, proposing process‑optimization solutions based on strong industry knowledge, in‑depth product expertise, and business acumen.

The position also involves contributing to the development of IMAGINiT’s PLM capabilities through pre‑sales, marketing, and offering development activities.

• Assist in creating customers’ "as is" process maps that document current processes, terminology, tools, responsible parties, and other pertinent information.
• Participate in workshops to collect client data and document configuration needs for the project: client roles, job responsibilities, processes.
• Document necessary field information (drop‑down, free form, type info needed, field restrictions).
• Partner with Sales to develop PLM business opportunities and participate in marketing events and other related activities to generate business opportunities.
• Identify, assess, and manage resolution of issues.
• Execute PLM system implementation delivery tasks (configuration, scripting, rollout, testing, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical, industrial, mechanical, or related engineering field.
• 3‑5 years’ experience delivering PLM and related solutions.
• Experience with Autodesk Fusion Manage.
• Ability to apply analysis and creative thinking when solving problems.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Familiar with ERP applications.
• Familiar with Software Lifecycle Management (SDLC), Change Management, and agile methodology.
• Experience with supply chain management (SCM) and product life cycle management (PLM).
• Familiar with IT standards and best practices.
• Strong time‑management skills with the ability to multitask, handle changing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business partners and IT professionals.
• Strong business acumen, high energy, self‑motivation and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to meet a 25% travel requirement.

Base Range: $115,000–$130,000 PLUS Bonus
