Azure Architect/Business Process Architect

• BP Solution Architecture
• E2E BP Architecture
• Technical solution design
• PoC development
• Business alignment
• Standards/guidelines definition
• Trade‑off management
• Stakeholder alignment/buy‑in

• Familiarity with TOGAF, BPMN, or similar standards.
• Domain Expertise:
  Experience in the client’s specific industry or business area.
• Modern Tech Exposure:
  Knowledge of cloud, APIs, microservices, or digital transformation patterns.
• Change Management:
  Experience driving adoption of new processes or solution frameworks.
• Tool Evaluation:
  Ability to assess BP, automation, or integration tools for fitment.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Business Process Architect.
• Strong understanding of E2E business processes, enterprise workflows, and operating models.
• Demonstrated experience in technical solution design for enterprise systems.
• Ability to build and showcase Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Experience defining architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and manage trade‑offs.
• Ability to drive alignment across technical and business teams.
• On‑site presence required (client location).
