Business Systems Analyst III (BSA) Overview

Leads large‑scale IT projects, providing advanced technical oversight and strategic guidance while analyzing complex requirements, managing projects, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive business transformation initiatives.

• Provide user support for the Ivalua Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) solution.
• Functional and technical administration of Ivalua S2P.
• Support new ETL and API implementation efforts by assessing current configurations and identifying gaps.
• Assist peers with system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Business event monitoring of customer production environments.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of defects and eliminate/reduce defects.
• Manage customer expectations to achieve high satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business analyst or related systems roles (or a minimum of 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree).
• Solid experience developing and troubleshooting MSSQL.
• Knowledge of data integrity and management.
• Intermediate/advanced experience in API configuration and maintenance.
• Experience implementing current cyber‑security standards.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of ETL.
• Ability to grasp technology solutions and concepts quickly.
• Experience supporting a multi‑environment SaaS solution.
• Proficient communication across all levels of the organization, including leading cross‑functional efforts.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding user expectations.
• Adherence to best practices in code and configuration management.
• Ability to foster good working relationships with peers, system administrators, developers, users, and project managers.
• Function effectively in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Conceptualize business workflows and design them within system workflows.
• Experience creating and supporting Python for data management, API calls, and language models.

• 2–4 years of system administration experience for a Procure‑to‑Pay system (Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, etc.).
• Minimum level 2 certification.
• Supply Chain background and experience.
• Experience working in Gov Cloud environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

• Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
• Ability to work on a computer for the majority of the shift.
• Hand/finger dexterity for computer tasks.
• Ability to travel as required.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 – $. Compensation varies depending on candidate skills, experience, education, and certifications.
