IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of cloud resiliency and video platform initiatives, ensuring projects remain on track, aligned to business goals, and executed with clear accountability.
Drive milestones, schedules, deliverables, project health, and executive readiness across multiple technical work streams.
Coordinate efforts between Cloud Architecture, Engineering, Development, and Program teams to ensure successful execution and communication.

- Prevent Scaling Cliffs and Enable 5 Million Concurrent Streams for Super Bowl 2027
- Honor cDVR Recording
- Adoption of Standardized Safe‑Deploy Techniques
- Minimizing Inter‑AZ Traffic in Amazon EKS with Topology Spread
- Gather and consolidate status updates from technical teams and convert progress, risks, and dependencies into executive-level updates
- Translate executive vision into actionable project plans and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
- Identify bottlenecks, gaps, dependencies, and delivery risks; elevate issues appropriately and drive resolution
- Partner directly with development leads and engineering stakeholders in the absence of dedicated Scrum Master support for these initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and leadership presentations using clear, concise communication and strong influence skills
- 7+ years of Project Management/Program Management experience supporting complex technical initiatives
- Strong experience with project planning, execution, risk management, dependency management, status reporting, and executive communication
- Cloud architecture

- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to participate in architectural discussions and validate whether proposed solutions align with both business and technical requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Proven ability to balance competing priorities across cross‑functional teams and drive initiatives forward without direct authority
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present technical program updates to leadership audiences
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience building Gantt charts and project timelines
- Telecom or MSO experience highly preferred
- Video platform experience strongly preferred
Pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. The range may be modified in the future. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
