IRM GRC Service Now Developer Senior

Location: Englewood, CO

Type: Contract To Hire

Compensation: 130-160K

Contractor Work Model: On-site

Security Clearance: Clearable for a secret clearance (but don't have to have a current one to start). Due to Secret Clearance processing, candidates must be a US Citizen.

• Configure and maintain the Service Now GRC/IRM platform.
• Partner with Cybersecurity GRC Analysts to process audit controls, audit gaps, tickets, workflows, and identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Map policies to controls.
• Lead efforts to automate repetitive processes in the Service Now platform.
• Collaborate with the IT Compliance Engineers, Control Owners, and Attestation Owners to create and execute tests and attestations, and to update control documentation when required.
• Identify areas to improve audit gaps, productivity, and compliance, including automation opportunities.
• Support IT operations teams to assess and fix security vulnerabilities, gaps, and weaknesses across IT infrastructure.
• Assist with internal and external compliance audits.
• Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.

• ​Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field of study and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience. A higher level degree may substitute for experience. Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience architecting and developing within the Service Now GRC / IRM modules, with particular focus on the Policy and Compliance Management (e.g. Control Indicators) and Audit Management components of the IRM module.
• Active Certified Service Now Admin (CSA) Certification.
• Working knowledge of the NIST cybersecurity framework.
• Solid ITSM, ITIL and / or COBIT understanding.
• Experience working with some/most of these web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, REST).
• Experience with UI actions and automation using JavaScript to automate IRM control attestations.
• Experience with the Service Now ITSM modules (Service Portal, Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
