Overview

As an IT Support Technician II, you will provide computer, hardware, and software support to employees, with specific focus on the executive team. You will deliver white glove service, troubleshooting hardware and software, servicing, installing, and repairing computers and associated peripherals. You will also support conference rooms and executive level meetings. You will investigate information, network, and communications needs of employees and make recommendations regarding software and hardware purchases to meet those needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide computer, hardware, and software support to employees with emphasis on executive team.
  • Deliver white glove service and troubleshoot hardware and software.
  • Service, install, and repair computers and associated peripherals.
  • Support conference rooms and executive level meetings.
  • Investigate information, network, and communications needs and make recommendations for software and hardware purchases to meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps. Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motions. Visual acuity for close and distant vision, depth perception, and color differentiation. Hearing ability to discern tones and volumes.
  • Occasionally lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Working conditions:

    Rarely exposed to outdoor elements, fumes or hazardous chemicals, and loud noises.
