Chargeback Data Analyst III

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who possesses strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to interpret complex data sets. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support key business objectives.

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, metrics, and KPIs
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python
• Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques is desirable but not required
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with Chargebacks, Payments, or Fraud is a plus

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
