We are hiring for a Software Engineer I to support our Platform Automation & Cloud Engineering Services (PACE) team.
This is a hands‑on role focused on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, Kubernetes operations, and platform troubleshooting
.
Candidates should be technically strong, and capable of working in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.
Core Responsibilities- Execute infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform and Ansible/AWX
- Troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues across IaaS and CaaS environments
- Monitor platform health, respond to alerts, and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain and support CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab CI and ArgoCD
- Develop and maintain runbooks and documentation
- Use AI tools for troubleshooting, log analysis, scripting, and automation
- 3+ years hands‑on Kubernetes administration
- Infrastructure as Code:
Terraform, Ansible, AWX - CI/CD:
Git Lab pipelines, ArgoCD - Scripting:
Python or Bash
- Monitoring:
Splunk - Secrets Management:
Hashi Corp Vault - Security Tools:
Tanium, Qualys
- Experience with AI assistants (
Git Hub Copilot, Amazon Q or similar
) - Use of AI for automation, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Understanding of AIOps concepts (anomaly detection, predictive alerts)
- Awareness of AI agent frameworks / LLM integrations
- Automation: Terraform, Ansible/AWX, Python
- Security: Tanium, Qualys, Xray
- Hands‑on exposure to enterprise cloud platforms (IaaS/CaaS)
- Work with AI-driven automation tools
- Collaboration with Tech Ops and Sec Ops teams
