Senior Manager Enterprise Data, BI & AI; Pulte Mortgage

Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Data, BI & AI (EDBI) is a strategic people leader responsible for advancing enterprise data and analytics capabilities. The role focuses on delivery of scaled data, reporting, and governance solutions and drives team performance and business value through the Microsoft Fabric platform.

• Delivery Execution:
  Drive delivery of data, reporting, and governance solutions; ensure quality, scalability, and consistency across the organization.
• Data Products & Stakeholder Partnership:
  Translate business priorities into actionable solutions, drive adoption of data and analytics capabilities.
• Development & Management of data solutions:
  Oversee data pipelines, models, dashboards, and self‑service analytics tools; maintain enterprise data quality standards and KPI definitions.
• Data Governance:
  Implement access controls, compliance with company policies, and protection of enterprise data assets.
• People Leadership & Team Development:
  Lead and grow a high‑performing EDBI team; set clear priorities, provide guidance on complex initiatives, foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning & Financial Management:
  Contribute to enterprise data strategy and roadmap; align team priorities to business objectives; manage resources and budget efficiently.
• Organizational Impact:
  Develop tactical and operational plans with direct impact on results; create new products, processes, and standards to support the area.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 6-8 years of data, analytics, or technology experience and 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in agile delivery, backlog management, and business‑to‑technical translation.
• Proficiency in leadership, HR management, strategic planning, vendor management, cybersecurity, communication, problem solving, compliance, and risk management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office / Office 365.
• Preferred:
  Microsoft Fabric or Azure experience; self‑service analytics; regulated industry experience; CSPO or similar certification.

• Salary range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually, based on experience.
• Eligible for an annual bonus based on performance objectives.
• Up to 9 paid company holidays per year, up to 6 days of sick pay, and accrued PTO (up to 17 days for less than 10 years of service, up to 22 days for 10+ years).
