Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician II:

Provide exceptional IT support to end users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Understand user and business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Troubleshoot issues related to computers, printers, network technology, drivers, software, and other related peripherals

Share knowledge and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment

This is a one-year contract position, with the possibility of extension

Required Skills for IT Support Technician II:

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

Experience in software troubleshooting

Familiarity with printers and network technology

Knowledge of RSA and VPN

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
