Quality Assurance Engineer II

Position Overview
This role is focused on QA testing for cable TV and broadband products, supporting lab environments and infrastructure while executing manual testing and contributing to light scripting/automation efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience with RF technologies, networking fundamentals, and hands-on testing in a lab or hardware-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain QA lab environments and test infrastructure
- Execute manual test cases and validate product functionality
- Identify, document, and track defects in Jira
- Develop basic scripts to support automation efforts
- Create test reports and analyze results across test cycles
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate releases
