LaSalle Network has partnered with the nation's leading tech-enabled, human-led alternative student transportation provider to identify an exceptional Sales Analyst. Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join their growing Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) team. This foundational role is responsible for driving predictable revenue performance through disciplined data modeling, rigorous analysis, and operational alignment across the Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Systems teams.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical data analytics and practical sales execution will support revenue planning, sales forecasting, performance management, and compensation administration by translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for sales leadership and executive stakeholders.

Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain both bottom-up (rep capacity, pipeline) and top-down (revenue targets, budget) performance models.
- Track pipeline health, deal velocity, win rates, and customer segmentation to identify growth risks and opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable KPI dashboards and reporting systems across the entire revenue funnel.
- Partner with Finance and Sales to standardize metric definitions, logic, and ensure CRM/BI data integrity.
- Support the design, modeling, and monthly validation of sales commission plans and payouts.
- Assist with quota setting and perform scenario analyses to assess how compensation shifts impact sales behavior.
- Serve as the internal data expert to keep Sales, Marketing, and Finance aligned while preparing insights for forecast calls.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, revenue operations, business analytics, or a related role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue models, forecasting methodologies, and incentive compensation structures.
- Demonstrated experience working with CRM and performance management systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to build, interpret, and explain complex datasets and models.
- High proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience supporting revenue forecasting and pipeline analytics with both bottom-up and top-down approaches.
