We are seeking an experienced EDI Team Lead to lead end-to-end EDI partner onboarding and manage B2B/EDI integration projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with business stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery across the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through production support.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead EDI partner onboarding and B2B integration projects.
- Gather requirements and coordinate with business, IT, and offshore teams.
- Manage project planning, milestones, risks, and delivery.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production support.
- Review EDI mappings, configurations, and test results.
- Troubleshoot EDI issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive process improvements.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with change management and security standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in the B2B/EDI domain.
- Hands‑on experience with Web Methods, including Flow Language, Designer, Partner Profiles, and Processing Rules.
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards and transaction sets (850, 855, 856, 810, 832, 846, 867, 844, 849).
- Experience with EDI partner onboarding, testing, and production support.
- Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
