Sr Salesforce Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Analyst with 7+ years of Salesforce administration experience to support the day‑to‑day operation, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce environment. This role is responsible for user administration, security model management, ticket resolution, configuration changes, and troubleshooting support to ensure a stable and efficient Salesforce platform.

• Manage Salesforce user administration, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls
• Support and resolve Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 tickets, with Tier‑2 issues focused on Salesforce configuration updates
• Perform minor automation and configuration changes, including:
  • Flow updates
  • Approval process adjustments
  • Validation rule maintenance
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide effective support and root‑cause resolution
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into well‑defined Salesforce solutions and configuration changes
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Developers, QA, and Dev Ops to design, validate, and push changes through to production
• Work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure proper system support and alignment with business needs
• Maintain data security, system integrity, and adherence to Salesforce best practices
• Document support activities, configuration changes, and resolutions as needed

• 7+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce user management and security model
• Experience managing roles, profiles, and permission sets
• Experience handling Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 support tickets
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration
• Strong troubleshooting and support skills
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions, collaborating with Business Solutions Architects, Dev, QA, and Dev Ops to push changes to production

• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Experience working with Copado deployments, Service Cloud Voice, and Agentic AI is a plus

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well market and business considerations:
Summary Pay Range: $122,000-$150,000
