QA Analyst

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical QA Analyst to join their testing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless end-user experience for millions of customers.

• Responsible for the end-to-end validation of wireless routers, gateways, and Next-Gen Set-Top Boxes
• Test interoperability and ecosystem connectivity — ensuring network hardware flawlessly supports consumer smart home devices (e.g., Ring Doorbells), gaming consoles (Xbox, Play Station), streaming sticks, and IoT devices
• Validate wireless router functionality including Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 performance, band steering, mesh extensions, and signal degradation
• Perform rigorous interoperability testing between routers/STBs and third-party consumer electronics (Smart TVs, gaming consoles, Ring doorbells, smart plugs, and mobile devices)
• Document, track, and manage bugs from discovery to resolution using Jira
• Provide clear, concise, and highly descriptive steps to reproduce defects, attaching relevant logs and network captures

• 3+ years of dedicated QA engineering or testing experience, specifically focusing on hardware/software integration
• Proficient with Jira to document, track, and manage bugs from discovery to resolution
• QMetry (or similar test management tools like Zephyr/Xray) for test case authoring

• Pay Range:
  The approximate pay range for this position is between $70,000 and $76,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
