D365 F&O Finance Analyst

I'm searching for a D365 F&O Finance Analyst to join one of my recognised membership organisations that focuses on personal and professional development. They're investing heavily in their Finance & Operations platform and are looking for an Analyst to join their growing ERP team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with finance teams, translating business requirements into system improvements, and driving the ongoing enhancement of D365 F&O.

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
• Analyse, design, configure and support D365 Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and system efficiency.
• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
• Work with technical teams and third-party vendors on system enhancements and integrations.
• Support ERP projects, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide user support, training and best practice guidance across the finance function.

• Hands‑on experience with D365 F&O (or Dynamics AX).
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and delivering functional solutions.
• Background in process improvement, testing and ERP implementation/support.
• Experience using Azure Dev Ops is highly desirable.
• Exposure to financial system integrations, tax or compliance solutions is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across both business and technical teams.
• Competitive salary of up to $130,000.
