Revolution Technologies is hiring for an IT Support/Desktop Support role to assist internal employees with hardware, software, and network issues. You will handle desktop/laptop troubleshooting, printers and drivers, VPN, RSA and VTC technologies, and ensure responsive user support.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, an associate degree or equivalent, and proven ability to resolve technical problems independently while delivering excellent service.
