Required Experience:- 2+ years of IT Support / Desktop Support experience
- Associate's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
- Desktop/Laptop Support
- Network, Printer & Driver Support
- VPN, RSA & Video Teleconference (VTC) Technologies
- Strong customer service and end-user communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments
- Knowledge sharing and team collaboration
- Experience translating business needs into technical solutions
