Kforce is seeking a UX Content Designer for a leading telecommunications client in Greenwood Village, CO. This role is part of a highly collaborative UX team focused on designing intuitive, accessible experiences for internal business applications, including a workflow platform that manages the lifecycle of business customer orders from contract through provisioning, activation, and billing.
Role OverviewAs a UX Content Designer, you will create clear, user‑centered content for digital products, such as UI copy, microcopy, tooltips, error messages, onboarding experiences, and system notifications. You will work closely with product designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, accessible, and user‑friendly content that aligns with both user needs and business goals, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation and iteration.
Responsibilities- Write and refine UI content including labels, microcopy, tooltips, error messages, and onboarding experiences.
- Partner with Product Designers to create intuitive, user‑friendly workflows.
- Design content for internal tools while maintaining consistency across the user experience.
- Contribute to content standards, voice, tone, and accessibility best practices.
- Use research, user feedback, and analytics to improve content and usability.
- Leverage AI tools to draft, iterate, and refine content throughout the design process.
- Participate in design reviews and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in UX Content Design, UX Writing, or Content Strategy.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI content and UX writing work (portfolio required).
- Experience writing microcopy, labels, workflows, error states, and other in‑product content.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and accessibility best practices.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Designers and cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency with Figma and comfort learning new AI‑powered design tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Experience designing content for enterprise or B2B applications.
- Familiarity with design systems and content guidelines.
- Experience using AI‑assisted design or writing tools as part of the product design process.
Contract opportunity based in Greenwood Village, CO. Requires four days per week onsite and one remote workday.
Compensation & BenefitsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. This may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), life, disability, and AD&D insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off; hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
