- Serve as a key owner and trusted advisor for a highly utilized Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.
- Gain visibility across finance, operations, supply chain, sales, and corporate business functions.
- Influence enterprise-wide process improvement and system optimization initiatives.
- Partner directly with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability.
- Play an active role in ERP enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and strategic technology projects.
- Expand your experience with Power BI, reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
- Work on both operational support and transformational projects, creating a diverse and impactful role.
- Help shape future-state business processes while driving user adoption and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners on high‑visibility initiatives.
- Act as a primary business-facing resource for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related enterprise applications.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate business needs, and recommend technology solutions.
- Analyze and improve business processes through system enhancements, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Support ERP projects, system implementations, integrations, testing activities, and solution deployments.
- Define reporting and analytics requirements while supporting dashboard and KPI initiatives.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and post-deployment support activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Strong experience supporting ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Background in requirements gathering, process improvement, testing, and enterprise application support.
