Sr. AI Engineer/ Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI development
• 8+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks
• Demonstrated success delivering AI/ML models into production environments (industry experience required; research-only backgrounds not preferred)
• Strong technical leadership with the ability to define and drive AI/ML strategy and vision
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience in call center environments or customer experience analytics
• Telecommunications or cable industry experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Front-end or interface experience (e.g., React)
• Experience with sentiment analysis and text analytics
• Knowledge of AI-driven automation tools and frameworks
• Experience with AI model interpretability and explainability (XAI)
• Understanding of data privacy and regulatory considerations related to AI

Additional Technical Expertise (Preferred):

• Graph Analytics:
  Leveraging graph-based models to analyze relationships and complex data networks
• Advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP):
  Building solutions for chatbots, sentiment analysis, and language translation
• Explainable AI (XAI):
  Creating transparent and interpretable AI systems
• Automated Machine Learning (AutoML):
  Streamlining model development through automation of feature selection, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's or PhD preferred in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or similar)
• 8+ years of professional experience in data, analytics, AI/ML, or software development
• At least 2 years of focused, hands-on experience in AI-specific roles
