Information Technology Manager

Arrow Electronics seeks an Information Technology Manager II to lead IT operations supporting our global wholesale technology business. In this role, you will oversee infrastructure, networks, cloud services, enterprise systems, and IT security to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, and enterprise systems supporting wholesale and distribution activities.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a small IT team and external vendors to deliver reliable services.
• Manage network, servers, cloud services, and security controls to ensure availability and data protection.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, standards, and compliance practices across the organization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align IT roadmaps with operational and strategic goals.
• Plan and execute IT projects, upgrades, and integrations on time and within budget.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot incidents, driving root-cause analysis and prevention.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity capabilities.
