Gadell Net Consulting Services is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to deliver outstanding customer service and technical expertise through our help desk. You’ll work with your PODS team to resolve issues via chat, phone, and ticketing system to ensure an excellent client experience.
This hybrid role requires a 7am–4pm CST shift and a commitment to growth. Two years of MSP help desk experience with Windows, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Active Directory, and networking is preferred.
