Heritage & Classic Vehicles
JC’s British & 4x4 – Heritage Location (Sheridan / Englewood, CO)
This is not a high-volume, script-reading service desk.
We are looking for a professional Service Advisor who understands that clarity, organization, and ownership are just as important as customer service — especially when working on heritage and classic vehicles.
At our Heritage location, the Service Advisor role intentionally overlaps with the Parts Department
. If that excites you instead of scaring you, keep reading.
- You care how a repair order is written — not just that it’s written
- You protect diagnostic time and communicate clearly with technicians
- You verify parts availability and scope before promising timelines
- You document thoroughly and follow up proactively
You take ownership of outcomes — not just tasks
This is a shop where precision, trust, and long-term relationships matter more than volume.

- Writing clear, detailed repair orders
- Reviewing diagnostics and estimates with technicians
- Managing repair priorities and timelines
- Communicating findings and recommendations to customers

- Researching and sourcing correct parts for heritage vehicles
- Confirming part numbers, supersessions, and compatibility
- Managing special orders, backorders, and core returns
- Ensuring parts cost and availability are reflected accurately in estimates
- Coordinating parts flow with technicians
This is not a “front counter only” position. It requires thinking ahead and staying organized
.
Many projects at our Heritage location are long-term builds and major repairs
, sometimes extending into six-figure totals
.
Success in this position means:
- Staying on top of scope, cost, and communication over extended timelines
- Tracking long-term projects while other vehicles move through daily shop flow
- Maintaining clarity and customer confidence for months — not just days
- Preventing surprises through documentation and proactive follow-up
This is a stewardship role — not just a write-up desk.
