Overview
A national law firm is looking to identify a Pre Litigation Paralegal to our Personal Injury Department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 yrs of pre-litigation experience. The position will independently manage assigned cases, working closely with assigned attorneys to develop cases through the pre-litigation process.
Responsibilities- Extensive contact with clients to guide clients through the case process;
- Interaction with clients and medical providers;
- The ability to review, analyze and summarize medical, financial, and other case-related documentation and records;
- Well-developed writing and research skills, and the ability to identify problems and find solutions;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload; and,
- Experience in managing electronic case management systems and paper filings.
