• Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on proper use of equipment
• Be the hero behind the scenes, making an impact each and every day

• Compassionate individuals with at least 6 months of exceptional customer care experience required
• Passionate, team‑player who cares about making a difference
• Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and/or on‑call when required
• Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents
• Anyone between ages 21‑25 must demonstrate a clean motor vehicle record (no at fault accidents or moving violations)
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
• Customer Service (some knowledge)

• Prior knowledge or experience of working with Durable Medical Equipment
• 1 year of Delivery/Driver Experience

• Valid U.S. Driver License
