Integrated Program Planner - Level 3

Position Overview

Level 3 Program Planner – Englewood, CO.

As a Program Planner on Lockheed Martin’s Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program, you will support the Program Planning organization through functional support of the Reentry Organization in execution and long‑term planning activities. Key responsibilities include maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensuring compliance with program performance and schedule guidelines.

• Be responsible for updating an Integrated Management Plan (IMP) and creating future fiscal year IMSs.
• Ensure EIA‑748 schedule guidelines are followed.
• Actively maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by coordinating with the cost team, Contract Management Corps (CAM), and technical team.
• Update the schedule monthly and provide data analysis to management.
• Work with co‑contractors to support the Navy’s vision for reentry vehicles.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a program planning capacity and at least 6 years of professional experience.
• Experience with planning/scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Open Plan, P6) including resource loading labor hours.
• Planning/scheduling experience on programs requiring Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Experience developing the Integrated Management Plan / Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS).
• Must be able to travel up to 15%.
• US citizenship required with ability to obtain a Top Secret government security clearance.

• Active Secret clearance prior to start preferred;
  Top Secret highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Open Plan and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with One Pager Pro or Milestones Pro.
• Experience with Data‑Driven Metric compliance and surveillance.
• Experience applying integrated cost/schedule techniques.
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team.
• Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers.
• Strong follow‑up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality.

Security Clearance Statement:

Work Schedule:

9x80 with every other Friday off. Onsite full‑time location:
Lockheed Martin facility in Englewood, CO.
