Project Manager, Operations Management, Supply Chain & Logistics

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of wholesale trade and distribution projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across supply chain, sales, IT, and operations
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets; monitor performance against KPIs
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer service
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to align project goals
• Prepare and present project status reports and recommendations to leadership
• Ensure projects align with Arrow's strategic, financial, and customer objectives
