Keesen Landscape Management, Inc. (KLM) is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and team-focused professional to join our growing business in Englewood, Colorado as a Small Engine and Light Truck Mechanic.

Base pay: $27.00/hr - $32.00/hr

• Experience in the diagnosis and repair of Trucks and Trailers.
• Diagnose and repair Small Engine, 2 cycle Equipment and Snow Removal Equipment.
• Provide their own tools.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license.
• Managing inventory of parts.

• Welding/Metal fabrication.
• Ability to manage small staff of 1-2 direct reports based on season.
• Strong vendor relationships.
• Any mechanical certifications and service school pertaining directly to our fleet.
• Bilingual in a plus!
• Basic computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Have experience looking up and ordering parts and materials.
• Organizational experience a must for administrative duties such as P.O.s, time timekeeping for shop staff, DOT record keeping and more!
• High detail expected regarding safety.

Work schedule is based on a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday during normal hours of operation. Overtime may be required. Schedule can be affected by season or emergencies as well.
