Overview
Seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead AR operations for a growing construction company. This role manages the full AR lifecycle—billing, collections, cash application, and compliance—while mentoring a small team and partnering with project managers and leadership.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee construction billing (progress billing, AIA, change orders)
- Ensure timely invoicing and accurate cash application
- Lead collections and monitor aging reports
- Manage lien waivers and compliance requirements
- Mentor AR staff and improve processes
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years AR experience, including leadership
- Strong knowledge of construction billing and lien processes
- Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience (Vista, Sage, Procore preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
