Project Manager, Battery Storage

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Energy Storage team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex and/or multi-service projects for Westwood. They will ensure the successful completion of projects within scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality results. The Project Manager will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with service leads to coordinate project activities.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex and/or multi-service projects. Your key responsibilities include:

• Full accountability on multiple storage projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Track project health and take corrective action when necessary.
• Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or project management related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a project coordinator or similar role.
• Professional licensure in a technical field or ability to obtain PMP certification.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

• Experience in the renewable energy industry.
• Experience managing complex and/or multi-service projects.
• Experience with program management.
• Advanced knowledge of project financial management.
• Experience with contract negotiation and management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

USD $95,000.00 - $ per year.
