Executive Director – Family Crisis Center

Family Crisis Center is seeking an Executive Director to lead our team of 60 staff and oversee programs that support survivors of domestic and sexual violence across Bastrop, Colorado, Fayette, and Lee Counties.

This is a key leadership position responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the organization, including staff supervision, financial oversight, fundraising, and operations. The Executive Director also guides resource development efforts—including major gifts, grants, and donor engagement—and oversees the strategy and operations of the agency’s mission-driven thrift store.

We’re looking for a candidate with proven experience in nonprofit leadership, team management, and financial stewardship who can ensure organizational strength, sustainability, and impact.
