Overview

I am partnered with several rapidly growing firms in the Midwest region encompassing projects across the US with active needs in Colorado, Illinois, and Indiana. These organizations are seeking experienced Data Center Project Managers to lead high-impact projects valued between $200M and $1B+. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, managing large-scale builds from inception to completion, this could be your next big move!

• Oversee end-to-end project management for data center construction, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Manage risk, resolve issues on-site, and drive efficiency in complex, high-stakes environments.
• Anticipated on-site work. The project sites are in Illinois, Indiana, or Colorado with support for regular travel home.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in data center, high-tech, semiconductor, or large-scale commercial construction projects ($200M+).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, critical infrastructure, and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate or travel extensively.

• Competitive base salary: $140,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience
• Bonus 10-20%
